Broker TMS is the US freight-broker workspace inside Powerload TMS. Create a load at the shipper's customer rate, post it to DAT from that record, cover a motor carrier at a different carrier rate, send the rate confirmation, and close with BOL and POD.
It is not a second TMS. It reuses trips, shippers, carriers, charges in/out, and documents. Brokered loads do not consume the carrier TMS trip quota.
DAT stays the broker's own subscription: connect the office DAT account in settings. Powerload does not resell the load board.
Billing is $149/month for one desk seat and unlimited broker loads (yearly −10%). Extra dispatchers are $69/seat/month.
